About Kira

Kira is the financial infrastructure layer for cross-border money movement out of LATAM. We issue USD virtual accounts, run KYB/KYC/KYT compliance, and move money across banking, card, and stablecoin rails for companies that need to operate like they're in the US without being in the US.

We're seed-funded ($7M, led by Blockchange with Stellar and Vamos Ventures). Customers include OXXO, Binance, and Polygon. We process ~$1B annual TPV with a small team and we want to keep it that way.

The role

You'll be the first full-time PM on the team and the operating partner for our product function. You take product execution along CPO, and will become the owner of how product and engineering ship together.

In this role, you'll:

• Own product specs end-to-end — discovery, acceptance criteria and BDD, edge cases, sign-off
• Run the product-engineering operating cadence — sprint planning, demos, retros, weekly priorities
• Own prioritization across our product surfaces: USD virtual accounts, KYB/KYC/KYT compliance, AI compliance agents, partner integrations
• Define the customer problem clearly — talk to customers, write it down, defend the cut
• Partner with our Product Designer on design quality and shipping cadence
• Partner with our CTO and incoming VP Engineering on the product-eng interface

We want to be explicit about boundaries so the right candidate self-selects:

• code review, QA, on-call — owned by VP Engineering and our CTO
• Customer Success operations — owned separately
• Go-to-market and sales — owned by the CEO
